Pre order or custom made orders can not be returned or refunded.
However if an item arrives at your door damaged/ defected during transit you have 24 hours to report this to our team. Take a few clear pictures and send it to our email email@example.com. We will then arrange our courier to collect the item. We will inspect the item when it reaches our warehouse. If we have the same item in stock we will send it off with the courier company, if the item is out of stock we will give you the option between a store credit that is valid for a month or a full refund – our bank charges.
Please note that our items have left our warehouse and wrapped with protection.
You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund you by eft into your account, less our bank fee. Refunds will be processed at the end of each new month.
